Nelleen McCormick

As a resident of Austin since 1982, Nelleen McCormick has witnessed first hand the rapid growth of the central Texas area and has weathered the economic highs and lows associated with that progress.  She understands the vital importance of homeownership and how to accomplish that goal.

After graduating from Texas State University in San Marcos, Texas, Nelleen experienced a successful career as an interior designer for fourteen years before launching another successful business in 1990 as a loan originator.

Nelleen’s position as Senior Loan Officer has been hard earned in a competitive world.  Her persistence affords her clients the ability to seek every avenue possible to get the loan closed.
