ABOUT TRENT
Trent is a Senior Loan Officer at Mission Mortgage of Texas, Inc. and a native Austinite. He has over 6 years of mortgage experience, including the past three years with Mission Mortgage. Trent’s greatest attribute is that he is approachable. He makes everyone feel immediately comfortable and he uses that ability to help guide his borrowers through the complex loan process. He is highly organized and is always available to his clients. He specializes in residential resales and focuses on creating positive relationships with Realtors.
It is the speed of transactions that Trent most enjoys about working at Mission Mortgage. With in-house processing, underwriting, and funding, the process is efficient and easy to manage.

In our first conversation I mentioned we had completed some remodeling. When it came time to appraise the value of the house today Trent worked with us to ensure all the additions we made were included in the valuation. When we ran into some scheduling difficulties because of last minute work travel but Trent worked with the title company to arrange a Saturday closing.
