"Thank you for referring us to Debbie Bailey-Glenn to assist in refinancing our existing new home mortgage. We closed on our new home using a 1st lien ($344K @ 6.8%) and a 2nd lien ($85K@ 8.2%). Our goal after closing was to eventually combine the liens into one, and lower our monthly payment. Well, Debbie had the plan and the drive to satisfy our goals. She worked hard and negotiated a package that combined the liens @ 6.1% as an 80% loan with closing costs at a an affordable amount, thereby reducing our monthly payment by $465.00. It will take less than 8 months to recoup the closing costs of $3690 using the $465 monthly savings alone."
