BECOMING A PREFERRED BUILDER WITH MISSION MORTGAGE
Mission Mortgage understands your business. We've been funding construction loans for years and we've learned a lot along the way. We know that the most important promises we can make to a builder are to make the process simple and to fund each draw without delay. Of course we offer fantastic customer service, an attention to detail, and a highly experienced staff, but we realize that to earn your repeat business we must take care of what matters most to you, the builder.
We've developed our Preferred Builder program to meet your needs. By becoming one of our Preferred Builders, you will enjoy a simple system that allows you to move through the building process quickly and efficiently. We understand that lost time in the construction process costs you money. By partnering with us, we can assist you in avoiding construction delays...at least those associated with funding your projects.
Mission Mortgage of Texas, Inc. prides itself on meeting and exceeding the needs of area builders. We offer many interim loan programs and finance the project right here from our local office. We have an in-house construction loan department that processes and disburses the construction draws directly to you within three days of requesting your draw.
Our construction loan specialist, Katy Cramer, will walk you and the homeowner through the entire draw process in a customized meeting to discuss all aspects of the project before the transaction closes at the title company, as well as personally handle the construction account until the home is complete and the homeowner is ready to move in. Once your builder approval with Mission Mortgage of Texas, Inc. is obtained, you are able to bring subsequent business to us without having to be approved again, so your next project will move even faster than your first.
By becoming one of our Preferred Builders, we will be able to provide detailed information about your company to potential clients and to the general public on our website. Our Preferred Builders are listed on our website with their company logo and a brief description, along with a link to their website. We also host periodic events that are geared towards our network of preferred businesses and we often partner with our business partners when setting up trainings and speaking engagements with members of the real estate community.
